Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Cyrus365 Projects in just 5 minutes.
Step 1: Create Your First Project
- 1.Click "New Project" in the Projects Hub
- 2.Enter a project name
- 3.Choose an icon to identify your project
- 4.Add an optional description
- 5.Set start and end dates if needed
- 6.Click "Create Project"
Step 2: Understand the Project Layout

| Board | Kanban-style view with task cards organized by groups and sprints |

Step 3: Set Up Task Groups
Groups are columns on your board representing workflow stages:
- •Backlog — Tasks waiting to be started
- •In Progress — Tasks being worked on
- •Review — Tasks waiting for approval
- •Done — Completed tasks
To create a new group, click "+ Add Group" at the end of the group headers.
Step 4: Create Your First Task
- 1.Click "+ Add Task" in any group
- 2.Enter a title for the task
- 3.Press Enter to create
Add Task Details
Click on a task card to open the details modal:
- •Add a description with formatting
- •Set status and priority
- •Set start and due dates
- •Assign to team members (supports multiple assignees)
- •Assign to a sprint
- •Add comments for discussion
Step 5: Invite Team Members
- 1.Go to Settings → Members tab
- 2.Click "Invite Member"
- 3.Enter their email address
- 4.Select their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer)
- 5.Click "Send Invitation"
